Acceptance of Terms

By renting equipment, purchasing products, or using any services offered by All Purpose Rentals LLC (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“the Customer” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not proceed with renting equipment or purchasing products from us. These terms apply to all transactions, whether initiated in person, by phone, or through our website.

Equipment Rentals

All rental equipment remains the property of All Purpose Rentals LLC at all times. By renting equipment, you agree to the following:

• You must be at least 18 years of age with a valid government-issued ID to rent equipment.
• You are responsible for the equipment from the time it leaves our yard until it is returned and inspected by our staff.
• Equipment must be returned in the same condition it was rented, normal wear and tear excepted.
• You may not sublet, lend, or transfer rented equipment to any third party without prior written consent.
• Rental periods are based on the agreed schedule (daily, weekly, or monthly). Equipment returned late may incur additional charges.
• All Purpose Rentals LLC reserves the right to refuse rental to any individual at its discretion.

Rental Rates & Payment

Rental rates are set at the time of reservation and are subject to change without prior notice for future rentals. Payment is due at the time of pickup unless otherwise arranged in advance.

• We accept cash, major credit cards, and debit cards. Personal checks are not accepted.
• All rates are quoted exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added at the time of payment.
• Daily, weekly, and monthly rates apply to calendar periods. A daily rate applies to each day or partial day of use.
• Fuel costs, delivery fees, and any applicable environmental or damage waiver fees are separate from the base rental rate and will be disclosed at the time of rental.
• Overdue accounts may be subject to a late fee and/or equipment retrieval at the Customer's expense.

Equipment Use & Restrictions

The Customer agrees to operate all rented equipment only for its intended purpose and in a safe, lawful manner. The following restrictions apply:

• Equipment must only be operated by qualified, competent persons who understand its safe and proper use.
• Equipment must not be used in violation of any federal, state, or local laws, regulations, or ordinances.
• Equipment must not be taken outside of the agreed service area without prior written approval from All Purpose Rentals LLC.
• Equipment must not be overloaded beyond its rated capacity at any time.
• The Customer is responsible for ensuring the job site is suitable and safe for operation of the rented equipment.
• Do not attempt to repair or modify rented equipment. Contact us immediately if equipment malfunctions.

Damage, Loss & Liability

The Customer assumes full financial responsibility for any damage to, or loss or theft of, rented equipment during the rental period.

• Damage charges will be based on the cost of repair or replacement, whichever is less, plus any applicable loss-of-use charges during the repair period.
• In the event of theft or total loss, the Customer will be charged the full replacement value of the equipment.
• The Customer must report any damage, accident, or theft to All Purpose Rentals LLC immediately and to local law enforcement when applicable.
• The Customer is responsible for all towing, recovery, or retrieval costs associated with equipment that becomes stuck, tipped, or otherwise disabled on the job site.
• Normal wear and tear will not be charged to the Customer, provided the equipment was used appropriately.

Deposits & Cancellations

A security deposit may be required at the time of rental, depending on the equipment and rental duration. Deposits will be refunded upon return of equipment in acceptable condition.

• Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• No-shows without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• All Purpose Rentals LLC reserves the right to cancel or modify a reservation due to equipment unavailability, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund of any deposit will be issued.

Building Materials & Propane Sales

All sales of building materials, construction supplies, and propane are considered final unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.

• Customers are responsible for verifying quantities and specifications before purchase. We are not responsible for project overages or shortages.
• Propane refills are performed by trained staff only. Do not attempt to self-fill tanks. All Purpose Rentals LLC is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from improper propane use after the point of sale.
• Propane tanks must be in safe, serviceable condition. We reserve the right to refuse to fill tanks that appear damaged, expired, or out of compliance.
• Returns on building materials may be accepted within 7 days of purchase in original, unused condition at the discretion of management. Special-order items are non-returnable.

Prohibited Uses

The following uses of rented equipment are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement, forfeiture of the deposit, and additional charges:

• Use of equipment under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any impairing substances
• Use of equipment in a reckless, negligent, or unsafe manner
• Use of equipment for illegal activities of any kind
• Subletting or loaning of equipment to unauthorized operators
• Transporting equipment across state lines without prior written approval
• Tampering with, altering, or removing safety devices or labels from equipment

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, All Purpose Rentals LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use rented equipment or purchased products.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to a rental or sale transaction shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for that specific transaction.

The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless All Purpose Rentals LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from the Customer's use of rented equipment or purchased products.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Riverside County, California. By renting from or purchasing from All Purpose Rentals LLC, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Changes to These Terms

All Purpose Rentals LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be reflected by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of our services after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
